How can I get more ClinRad referral pads?

Please call our friendly staff on (07) 3153 4115 or submitting our General Enquiry webform. Our team can drop some printed referral pads to your practice. Alternately we have developed a downloadable version of the referral pads that can be emailed to you.

I would like to access my patients’ previous imaging with ClinRad that I didn’t refer them for but I cannot see it on InteleViewer / InteleConnect?

You will only have automatic access to patients imaging that was referred from your Provider Number. If you require access to another patient’s images for their medical treatment, please contact ClinRad by either calling (07) 3153 4115 or submitting our General Enquiry webform.

How can I access my patients’ images and reports?

Any Imaging you refer your patient for will be available through the ClinRad PACS, InteleConnect or InteleViewer applications. Please view our About Referrer Image Access, InteleConnect and InteleViewer pages for more information.
